We discuss what your dietary needs are, I give you several options, I do the shopping, I come to your home or rental, prepare & portion the food and leave it in the fridge for you to reheat for the week! This gives you and your family healthy premade options without any of the prep or mess! See an example in our Sample Menus section.
$125/hr + Food Cost
